Material
On both sides 1 x 9 mm Permoxxboard with wooden construction and 1 x 12 mm Permoxxboard with light weight steel construction
Handling 1 x 9 mm wooden construction
Both sides riveted, stainless steel staples 32mm C-C 100 mm, lath thickness 70 mm x 45 mm netto planed pine, C-C 600 mm. Fill the wall with rock wool 70 mm (35kg/m3). At the horizontal seams apply a covering strip of Permoxxboard.
Handling 1 x 12 mm
Steel construction
Both sides screwed, C-C 100 mm, 70 mm rock wool (35 kg/m3) with matching C-75 and U75 profile 0,60 mm C-C 600 mm.
Seams
Lightweight steel construction: Seams 2 – 4 mm must always be glued with fire-resistant sealant. Wooden construction: Seams 2 – 4 mm must always be glued with fire-resistant sealant.
Edges
When applicable fill up the edges with strip of rock wool.

Metal C and U profile, breadth 75 mm and thickness 0,60 mm. On one side a 2 x Permoxxboard (9 mm) riveted (2nd sheet must cover seams of 1st sheet). 75 mm rock wool(35 kg/m3). With C-C 150 mm. Staples, length 22mm.
Seams
Seams 2 – 4 mm must always be glued with fire-resistant sealant.
Edges
When applicable fill up the edges with strips of rock wool.
